Rotomancer grants you a perpetual, non-transferable license to install and use the software on up to two devices. This is a one-time purchase with no recurring fees.
Your purchase includes one year of free updates from the date of purchase. After this period, continued access to new versions may require a paid update.
Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy (international) or BOOTH (Japan). We offer a 14-day refund from the date of purchase. To request a refund, please contact us.
Rotomancer is an editing aid that uses automated detection to assist with masking faces, license plates, and other sensitive information. It does not guarantee that every such element will be detected or obscured, and detections may be missed or imperfect. You are solely responsible for reviewing all output before sharing, publishing, or distributing it, and for ensuring it meets your own privacy, legal, and compliance requirements. The Software does not guarantee complete anonymization.
You agree to use Rotomancer only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Software to engage in unlawful surveillance, stalking, harassment, or any activity that violates the privacy or rights of others, or to evade legal obligations to redact or disclose information. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws.
You retain all rights to the video and media you process with Rotomancer. Because all processing happens locally on your device, we never receive, access, or claim any license to your footage.
The Software, including its code, models, and design, is owned by Yosei Lab and is protected by intellectual property laws. Your license grants you the right to use the Software; it does not transfer ownership. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the Software except as permitted by law.
The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yosei Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, Rotomancer.
This license remains in effect until terminated. We may terminate it if you materially breach these Terms, including the Acceptable Use or Intellectual Property sections. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and remove all copies.
Rotomancer processes all video and media locally on your device. Your footage is never uploaded to our servers. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Yosei Lab regarding Rotomancer and supersede any prior understandings.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
